🚨 WOW: ESPN’s Lawyers have accused Florida State of committing a FELONY in their quest to leave the ACC…
It’s no secret that FSU has been trying to leave the ACC for the last few months. The University filed a lawsuit against the conference in December, & it’s been really messy so far 😬
The biggest development thus far is FSU & their lawyers revealing that the ESPN TV rights agreement with the ACC is set to expire in 2026…
This benefits FSU, because it means they’re not locked into the ACC as long as previously expected 💪
However, this information leak was really bad for ESPN & the ACC. And now the TV Giants are firing back…
In a legal filing, ESPN’s lawyers have revealed that the company is SUPPORTING the ACC, while blasting FSU for exposing a trade secret 👀
A trade secret is confidential information to a company which holds value by not being publicly known, & knowingly revealing a company’s trade secret is a FELONY…
It’s unclear whether ESPN plans to pursue legal charges against FSU & their lawyers at this time
However, one thing is clear - it’s FSU against the World in their fight for freedom.
The fanbase is grieving. Hence some of the asinine things even rational people are saying. But here's the thing: we're Florida State. We'll just go 13-0 again. And our rivals will be sick. Because neither UF nor UM has ever done that. And we've done it three times in 11 seasons.
