When you’re trying to:
- be a good dad
- be a good husband
- stay jacked
- provide for the family
- fix things around the house
And not have a mental breakdown 😮💨
While Pretti's actions led to him being shot, this mantra from federal law enforcement should trouble us all. The idea that we cannot carry firearms at dangerous protests is not based in law anywhere but Washington DC and equating being armed as proof of criminal intent is dangerous.
Traveling today.
As I walked through the airport I noticed something peculiar…people living their lives, unbothered. Almost as if the sky didn’t fall.
Regardless of where you stand politically, this isn’t the end. We are going to be ok.
31-0 A&M. I think we can safely eliminate Mizzou as a playoff team. You can lose. You can’t get run out of the stadium like this. (Especially not after needing double OT at home to beat Vandy).
During my interview, Shawn Ryan promised me he would deliver my message to the highest levels of government, and he has kept that promise.
He just informed President @realDonaldTrump that the U.S. government is sending $40 million a week to the Taliban.
Thank you brother 🇺🇸
Wow…just wow.
Look at the faces on the CNN panel as a huge truth bomb is dropped.
“Democrats have controlled the White House for 12 of the last 16 years, and somehow, it’s still all Trump’s fault.”
It is becoming blatantly obvious that America is falling apart. The signs are everywhere you look.
From our southern border, to public schools, the division, our spending, all the wars we continue to fund, BRICS, power grid, cyber attacks, funding Taliban, politicians dying in office, US is the number one consumer of child pornography, Epstein scandal, our president’s declining mental state, our inability to hold the corrupt accountable, weaponization of DOJ and federal agencies, spy ballon’s traversing the entire continental United States, and bridges being taken out at ports which could create an economic crisis.
I love this video. This is why you do difficult things in front of your kids.
They need to see what it's like to set a goal, to work for that goal, and to achieve it.
As dads we should always strive to be getting better. Physically, mentally, financially, emotionally, spiritually.
It's a lifelong journey which necessarily comes with struggle. And some of those struggles are meant to be private.
But most of them don't need to be private. And they can actually serve as powerful lessons.
So a reminder for myself as much as anyone else reading this:
Don't shy away from showing your work. Talk about it. Talk about why it's important. Talk about where you're at now. Talk about what it took to get there, and talk about what's next.
(Also check out the end of the video, which made me laugh out loud)
