@shockakhn @BlockedHive @GenXVirgo@NBCPolitics Did you ever consider why nobody is attacking america? Because we have a military that deters people from doing so π₯΄
@ObviousObserve1@shockakhn @BlockedHive @GenXVirgo@NBCPolitics Orrrrrr, letting them go find better jobs that will be able to support them in the long run and saving money early to be able to afford when prices skyrocket, but you know more about business management than anyone im sure
@Morbidhoagie @BlockedHive @GenXVirgo@NBCPolitics Lets say 20 employees, each used to make $1600 a month working 40 hours a week at $10 an hour. Now its $15 an hour, same 40 hour weeks, now making $2400 a month. $800 more a month per person, with 20 employees is $16k a month extra from $5 more an hour. But yea $300 more.
@PandeanPanic @GenXVirgo@NBCPolitics Pick a job? No. Apply for multiple jobs untill you get one? Yes. Atleast that way you can qualify for unemployment which is was cheaper for the country than giving everybody $1400 when most dont even need it and will spend it on dumb shit they dont need
@PandeanPanic @NBCPolitics That sounds like a you problem, not the country's problem π€·π»ββοΈ if you need to make money for you family, get another job. Theres no reason why businesses arent open. The longer business owners hold out reopening, the worse our economy will get
@auntwishy1@GenXVirgo@NBCPolitics Costco and target are also massive corporations that could give a fuck about paying a few extra dollars an hour, small businesses cant. The farms and small suppliers that costo and target buy from cant.
@ToastyLoaff @NBCPolitics There is nothing saying businesses cant open, instead of opening your business so your employees can earn money to pay for their families, they are too worried about covid and their employees suffer, causing our government to believe they need to spend all this money to help
