@Ask_Spectrum I am approaching 24 hours of an outage. Only one in my neighborhood from what I can tell. Reps keep saying they can’t help me until the outage is resolved. Any idea what’s going on?
@robertjdenault The fact of the matter is insider information affected the market. Thousands of fans had their experience ruined. Legal, ethical, or fair? I don’t know. But I don’t like it and something needs to be done.
