Last time to compete at my school and it was probably my best athletic performance ever! First time vaulting in 2 weeks, cleared opening height for a great confidence booster!

PR in triple jump with 41’9.5” to get 3rd. Extremely consistent in Long jump not a jump under 20’0” with furthest going 20’6”. 53 Second split as the 1st leg of the 4x400 relay!

Thought today was gonna be a rough practice due to our workout during school, 2 1000s and a all out 100 then weights. Ended up moving back to a 5 left, top bungee at 17’ and bottom bungee at 14’.
