this is a really interesting receipt because this type of font can only be printed by sending an image to the printer instead of text (and letting the printer rasterize)

they're only a handful of POS systems that do this, but specifically newer ones do, because a few decades ago printers could not print images

I remember doing a launch once where we had a good plan, good strategy, good assets. Then right before launch day someone asked, “wait, what are the goals for this?” Turns out the whole plan was mismatched to the goals. Pretty embarrassing, but it stuck with me. Goals first. Then the work.
