I have worked with many senior leaders who are “pure” vegetarians and I have never seen them complain or comment on this aspect in large dinner / lunch settings where the menu / aroma isnt pleasant for a vegetarian.

Probably there is lot of learning/experince left for you to reach that stage.. you will reach there eventually my friend!
