Ps this is on mobile that I'm having the issue. The only fix I found was to close the video then go to history and select it from that list and start over from the beginning, no matter the duration or how far I've gotten watching it. Thanks in advance!

@Liz_Cheney I get the same uneasy feeling watching this that I got the day it happened. Shame on anyone who so easily forgets. I know people who still grieve and I also know some people have serious internal problems, even now, stemming from these events.
