@virginmedia I have been 4 weeks with no internet after a install on the 1st of December ! After 8 tecs visiting and the issue is not sorted I want to no what you are going to do about it ?
@virginmedia I honestly don’t no there has been no communication! On my app it says 13th for an install rec to come again but this was all fitted on the 1st of December ! I really do need answers

Outside my house is faulty ! Avon not taking responsibility and also Virgin arnt ! It’s spoilt my Xmas and the kids as no tv and internet ! I rang up to leave 4 times today and been cut off ! Terrible service
@amazon blocked my account for no reason, cancelled the order but kept the money but still sent the items and now i want to return the item your not helping me at all! Terrible customer service!
