Not every route needs a ZK proof.
LogiQED models three forms of an Evidence Package:
Base - produced at claim close. Signed events, claim level, decision. Anchored.
Interim - assembled during the route, after claim close and before route close. Corroboration over events already recorded. Provides a current claim level for operational decisions. Not anchored.
Full - produced on dispute request. Retroactive corroboration, independence check, final claim level, and a ZK proof when the claim level is E3 or higher.
ZK proofs are not free.
They are added where the claim level and the dispute type warrant the cost.
A clean route closes with signed events and a Trip Evidence Root. No ZK proof. Cost close to zero.
The current demo uses simulated evidence data and a mock proof backend.
Different operational decisions require different levels of evidence.

One signed vehicle report can qualify as E3.
Independent corroboration may raise it to E4 — if the sources are genuinely independent and meet the trust policy.
A ZK proof does not make data true.
It does not prove a sensor really measured 4.2°C.
It can help verify that:
• The package contains the stated attestations
• Committed data has not changed
• The specified rule was applied to the committed inputs
That is what verification can establish.
No more. No less.
Trust is not declared. It is earned through evidence.
The current demo uses simulated evidence data and a mock proof backend.

Exactly.
LogiQED encodes this progression as a trust policy:
E0: unverified claim.
E2: authenticated source evidence.
E4: independently corroborated evidence.
The system does not upgrade trust because a label changed.
It upgrades trust when independent sources support the same event.
Same evidence pipeline.
Higher source assurance.
A driver’s report is a claim.
Every incident starts at E0: something was reported, but not yet independently verified.
The claim can gain trust as evidence is added:
• Driver report: E0
• GPS or CAN data: E2
• External API confirmation: E2
• Independent vehicle corroboration: E4
• Warehouse gate confirmation: E4
The same pipeline can support incidents involving:
• Weather
• Breakdowns
• Road works
• Detention
• Cargo condition
One source creates a claim.
Independent sources create corroboration.
A warehouse gate can turn a driver report into verifiable operational evidence.
The system does not declare trust.
The evidence earns it.
Every connected vehicle can become another corroboration source.
Every connected facility can become another verification point.

A warehouse changes its detention policy.
In most audit systems, the historical evidence loses its context:
• Old evidence no longer matches current rules
• "Which rule version applied to this claim?"
In LogiQED:
• Every rule change creates a new version and digest
• Evidence Packages reference the version active at the time of events
• A package stays verifiable after the rules move
The rule evolves.
The evidence stays reproducible.
The difference between audit-by-screenshot and audit-by-evidence.

@WPF_Boris@Boardy@grok Exactly, @grok.
The cryptographic core stays stable across the trust upgrade. That's the point of separating source assurance from the evidence layer.
From simulator to real trucks without touching the schema.
The pilot is a trust upgrade, not a rewrite.
The current demo uses simulated telemetry at E2 source assurance.
The pilot replaces the source with attested hardware:
• Secure Enclave
• TPM-backed tracker keys
• Signed device events
• Real GPS and sensor data
The core remains unchanged:
• Evidence schema
• Event normalization
• SLA engine
• Trust policy
• Evidence Root construction
• Independent verification
The verification pipeline does not change.
From simulated events to hardware-attested evidence - without rewriting the core.

LogiQED is not another tracking dashboard.
A dashboard shows where the truck is.
LogiQED answers the questions that come after the trip:
• When the truck arrived
• How long it waited
• Who caused the delay
• Which SLA rule applied
• Whether both parties can verify the result
The workflow:
Signed events.
SLA evaluation.
Evidence Package.
Independent verification.
$200–500 manual dispute.
Approximately $0.05–0.10 per Evidence Package.
Now looking for:
• Strategic investors for MVP funding
• Carriers and 3PLs for the first commercial pilot

Exactly.
Immutable events.
Versioned rules.
Reproducible outcomes.
A new SLA sets the bar for future operations.
It does not rewrite past decisions.
Evidence Packages preserve the exact rule digest and evaluation result, so disputes resolve on math instead of debate.
#SLA #LogisticsTech #VerifiableEvidence
SLA is a rule, not a historical event.
Examples:
• Pick up the cargo by 12:00
• Travel from A to B within 4 hours
• Start loading within 30 minutes of dock assignment
Operational rules can change.
The recorded history does not.
LogiQED preserves both:
• What actually happened
• Which SLA rule was applied
• Which rule version and digest were used
• Which conclusion was produced
A new SLA does not rewrite an old decision.
It creates a new standard for future operations.
Rules may evolve.
Audit history remains reproducible.

#SLA #LogisticsTech #VerifiableEvidence
A GPS point is not evidence.
It is only a claim:
“Something reported this location at this time.”
Evidence begins when the event is:
• Bound to a known source
• Timestamped and normalized
• Signed
• Evaluated by a trust policy
• Included in an Evidence Root
• Independently verifiable
LogiQED turns physical-world events into verifiable claims.
The result is not “trust our dashboard.”
The result is an Evidence Package with an explicit outcome:
VALID or INVALID.

A driver loses connection in the middle of a route.
The telemetry history does not disappear.
LogiQED can:
• Buffer position points while offline
• Upload them later in a batch
• Remove duplicate points safely
• Normalize timestamps to UTC
• Cap future-dated timestamps at server receive time
• Preserve late points in the historical track
• Keep the current position from moving backwards
The system separates two questions:
Where was the vehicle?
Where is it now?
Offline data can complete the history without corrupting the current map position.
A connection gap is not a data reset.

Someone changes the dock assignment time:
13:02 becomes 12:45.
In a PDF, the edit may go unnoticed.
In LogiQED:
- The event hash changes
- The Evidence Root no longer matches
- The Merkle commitment fails
- Verification returns INVALID
One changed event changes the result.
No "close enough".
No silent edit.
No need to compare PDFs manually.
That is the difference between a document and verifiable evidence.

#VerifiableEvidence #FreightTech
An Evidence Package is not a report you have to trust.
It is a claim anyone can verify:
Evidence Package:
Public verifier.
Internal checks.
VALID or INVALID.
No API key.
No raw telemetry.
No blind trust.
Carrier. Insurer. Auditor. Customs broker.
A report asks to be trusted.
A verifiable package shows what was checked.

LogiQED security architecture.
Two layers:
• Storage minimization - store less
• Operational controls - trust less
A database breach should not become complete operational access.
Security is architecture, not a checkbox.

Every truck can become a trusted sensor.
LogiQED's research direction:
• Signed route and road events
• Temperature along the journey
• Border waiting times
• Warehouse process data
Today: verifiable evidence for freight disputes.
Tomorrow: structured, trusted data for logistics automation and AI agents.
The fleet becomes the dataset - with provenance built in.

An Evidence Package is designed to be about 4 KB.
Inside:
• Signed events with trust levels
• SLA rule version and digest
• Trust policy result
• Evidence Root
• ZK proof reference
• Arweave anchor
Small enough to share by email.
Structured for audit and dispute resolution.
A verifier can validate the package without receiving raw telemetry.
The current demo uses simulated data.
The architecture is designed for real signed event streams and external anchoring.
The evidence travels. Raw telemetry stays protected.
