@FatManTerra I guess need exchange data for this and agree it's a different story if there is not enough money and priorities need to be made within the group; even if they did it to defend the peg, was speculative in nature with econ incentives.
@FatManTerra Shouldn't $1 be paid in total restitution for each UST? So for those who stop lossed at 0.3, would be 0.7. For those who speculatively bought/defended peg at 0.3, would be 0.3. For UST that didnt move throughout, full $1. There's no double count, only original UST mktcap needed
@terra_money@FatManTerra Seems not so decentralized.. Add to the fact that LFG? TFL? controls the https://t.co/nZrJhakXG3 domain and can edit TIPs mid vote as they will. Also, do they not have any "special keys" to modify the code?
@terra_money@FatManTerra Is it legal for them to abruptly stop the chain? How would the mechanics work actually? Was this through a TIP or just off-chain get the insiders together?
@terra_money Can I change my already cast vote when the meaning of the proposal is amended? I could see how a proposal's vote can be hijacked either way if the proposer is quick enough.
@FatManTerra If going the legal route, how would the law treat $UST? Would it be recovering damages for the pre-attack snapshot holders or more like liquidation for the final holders?
