@NicoletteMpls I swear they are just making that shit up. A group of my neighbors - all with quite different usage habits, thermostat preferences, age of A/C, size and age of homes and number of people in household compared letters last month - we are all ~ the "worst in the neighborhood."

There are some workarounds for HP printers, but it's hit and miss, and you have to dig it up off of arcane interest sites on the Intarwebs and be willing to jump through hoops. I dislike what HP has become. They were a bellweather of American ingenuity and innovation at one time, and have fallen so far.

I use an Epson with ink tanks.. it's not perfect but it's more cost effective and a bit less 1984 than HP (if you are willing to take the time to set it up accordingly).

Short of designing your own printer, I'm not convinced any mass-market printer manufacturer is particularly user-centric anymore. It sucks.
