@td_nash Nope… it wasn’t a game 7 or deciding elimination game. Fit that reason I am still going with the Falcons up 24-3 in the Singke elimination game Super Bowl.
@antitheistdad I agree, in fact this was 1 of the reasons I deconstructed & nearly left the faith. This is illogical to me & I wonder why God does it this way. Why did I reconstruct & come back? Because those like you who argue against theism, don’t give me a more logical possibility.
@antitheistdad So to you (this specific Atheist). You say Atheists don’t believe nothing created everything? So does everything = the material and if so is this statement you saying there is something more than just the material (some atheist believe this, I’m asking you)? If so what is beyond?
@taco_talks This is bad stuff. Basically more then half of these were if they don’t believe in satisfactory PSA they believe in a different Jesus. Get out of here. Satisfactory PSA isn’t even biblical lol.
@DiscoverJesus3 Yes! The gospel according to Jesus is the kingdom of God coming on earth but I would be careful not to assert that Paul is teaching a different gospel? Instead the Gospel is the same for Paul. He’s just announcing Jesus as king of God’s kingdom. Consider. https://t.co/Eg0ViXcbi4

@DiscoverJesus3@LizzieMarbach While this is true. I think the much bigger problem is that they translate it wrath in the first place. To me that’s a mistranslation and misunderstanding or Orge. Consider: https://t.co/3AwkYZ1rUw
@SportsWithJay0 Kobe was my fav growing up then he got old and the Lake show got bad I stopped watching. It was Curry that brought me back. They are my 2 favs. Personally I put Curry at 5 & Kobe at 6 but I’m ok if anyone wants to flip em. Curry just changed the game so much offensively. He’s HIM
@antitheistdad 2/ You want to reject a version & understanding of the Bible as “God’s inerrant Word” & a god who inconsistently loves some people? Be my guest I’m right there with you. However, if you want to know what the Bible says about itself pointing to Jesus who reveals God is Love? Read:
The Bible is not the Word of God.
It is not God’s perfect, inerrant revelation.
It is not our ultimate authority.
Instead the Bible points to Jesus as all these things & He gives us the hermeneutical key of Love to read all of Scripture. Read on for more: https://t.co/dSr8uELS3P
@antitheistdad 1/ I have major issues about both the prominent Protestant conservative view of scripture & their view of God. I was raised in that world & deconstructed from it & almost left Christianity all together UNTIL I realized that is Not Even The Scriptural view of itself or of God.
@DiscoverJesus3 Jesus saves me from:
Sin & death, the law of sin and death, the evil powers, and my own guilty conscience. Praise be to God I am free to love and be his instrument of love for his kingdom of love coming in the world! Amen!

@antitheistdad I’m not saying, believe me but 2 things are true in this discussion.
1. If you’re going to address & question scripture, I think it’s fair to see what scripture says about itself.
2. In light of that, the original post criticized a scripture from a view that’s not scripture.
@antitheistdad In that context Psalm 14:1 is a Psalmist’s frustration with those “who live as if God doesn’t matter” in a poetic way common to their context. It’s not God insulting unconvinced skeptics. The point of Scripture isn’t to shame doubt, it’s to point to Jesus, who welcomed doubters.
@antitheistdad No where in scripture does it teach that it does that perfectly (or inerrantly) but instead that they do so faithfully. The claim of scripture is that they faithfully point to the one who is life. That is Jesus who is the perfect (inerrant) revelation of God because Jesus is God.
