भारत सरकार की ओर से विदेश सचिव विक्रम मिस्री ने आज नई दिल्ली स्थित ईरान दूतावास में जाकर Condolence Book पर हस्ताक्षर किए और ईरान के दिवंगत सर्वोच्च नेता अयातुल्ला अली खामेनेई के निधन पर शोक व्यक्त किया साथ ही उन्होंने ईरान के राजदूत से मुलाकात कर संवेदनाएं भी व्यक्त कीं।

युद्ध शुरू होने और खामेनेई की मौत के बाद यह भारत की ओर से पहली कूटनीतिक पहल है।

और यह पहल ऐसे समय हुई है जब ईरान का युद्धपोत भारत से ही लौटते समय अमेरिकी पनडुब्बी द्वारा दागे गए टॉरपीडो का शिकार होकर हिंद महासागर में श्रीलंका के पास डूब गया, जिसे लेकर तमाम तरह की बातें हो रही हैं। इससे पहले खामेनेई की मौत पर भारत के प्रधानमंत्री की ओर से कोई शोक-संवेदना वक्तव्य जारी नहीं किए जाने को लेकर भी कई तरह की चर्चाएं हो रही हैं।

Just solved the classic Rotate Image 90° Clockwise problem!
🔁 Brute force: used an extra matrix
⚡ Optimized: Transpose + Row Reverse = In-place rotation!
Input:
[[1,2,3],[4,5,6],[7,8,9]]
Output:
[[7,4,1],[8,5,2],[9,6,3]]
