@EurekaForbes EFL is just passing time with my issue! Replaced with an incompatible motor in my vacuum cleaner. Then they said they will replace my unit. took away my unit! and then said there is no possibility. And they would refund the cost of the unit.
Now nobody responds 👏

@TGRTAIndia Waiting on receiving the original RC card. The RTA website says it is dispatched (on 6-Jan) with EMS tracking number EN458038867IN. But the IndiaPost website says this consignment is not found. Can you pls help with the current status?

@IndiaPostOffice This is the consignment ID provided by RTA department of Telangana. I don’t have the complete details of their office address and date of booking.

@EurekaForbes raised complaint reg my vacuum cleaner more than a month ago. No resolution till today. Can i expect it within a year from now, or may be 5 years? The technician says that he ordered a replacement motor, and he it still hasn’t arrived?
