Scammers, give me my credit back. I followed all the rules from your test, and you decided to take my credit away for a rule not specified on your website or videos. @DuolingoENTest

Let us retake the exam. Blocking support after an appeal and forcing students to buy another credit is not fair. We’re not asking for a C1 certificate, just the right to use what we already paid for. Education should not feel like extortion.
My @DuolingoENTest was invalidated and my credit consumed for a rule that was NEVER mentioned in the official instructions or setup videos. This is unfair and misleading. [1/6] @duolingoespanol , @duolingo , @duolingoUK
