The Commissioner of Police is asking for permission to make children more vulnerable just to make her job easier. Surging cases should tell the Commissioner that , her policing and the system that she is part of, are failing children and not wading off sexual abuse of children.
Right now the comments on social media by Batswana men, should be an indication to the Commissioner of Police how unsafe children are, and how prepared adults, especially men, are every ready to predate on under 18s.
