Hi @joinabound - I initiated my transaction 10 days ago and the transaction still in process ( unlike earlier where i got the money in maximum 3 days).
I sent a customer support email but never got any response.
This is very frustrating.
Can you please help?

I also did transfer from Abound and the transaction is not completed even after 10 days.
There is no reply from customer support.
just wanted to check did u got the money or still stuck.?
So that i will start exploring legal routes.

IT services companies who work on billing models will have the same fate of kodak and Nokia.

They failed to understand customers business and only looked on low end head count based revenue models.

Clients are looking for value based models. They don't want mediocre engineers.
