After cancellation neither platform fees nor offer handling fees getting refunded. Looting buyer #Walmart

@flipkartsupport I orderd Samsung Washing Machine. It ws Open Box Delivery. On arrival, there ws huge dent on machine so I rejected. I ws promised replacement but in 24 hours they cancelled. Order amount ws refunded bt they didn't return Rs.149 mentioning it as offer handling fee
