CUT fans:
How have you enjoyed the card art this year?
It took me a while to get into CUT due to busy schedule but recently I have had time to look at the catalog and much like MLB the show, I love these designs and had to make a few into real cards.
You’re right. I’m very, very sorry for encouraging people to sign up for Trump’s rally at 5:00 pm on October 27 at Madison Square Garden, 4 Penn Plaza in Manhattan (between West 31 and 33 Sts. and Seventh and Eighth Aves., readily accessible via the A, B, C, D, E, F, M, N, Q, R, W, 1, 2, and 3 trains, plus Amtrak, LIRR, NJ Transit and PATH) and I urge people not to click this link and fill out the form: https://t.co/xbGZ6WTqyX
BREAKING: The #Falcons are signing All-Pro Safety Justin Simmons, per source. Specifics of the deal are yet to come, but likely to be the multi year deal Simmons was seeking.
Pairing him with Jessie Bates is going to be a nightmare for offenses 🔥
.@SonySanDiego@MLBTheShow I want you to read this because I think it's something you need to see & think about considering your game is on a path that I don't think you guys are comprehending.
Is this the 2nd throwaway year in a row? What could you have possibly been doing all of 2023 in preparation for this game? I'm just genuinely curious what the game plan was. Here's what it feels like has changed since last year:
- Game has become more pay to win
- Foul balls are infinitely worse
- Battle Royale is now a waste of time
You saw how quickly people lost interest in the game last year, right? Now this was partly due to the 99s instantly being rolled out (which you adjusted the power creep & I'll applaud you for that) but that was not the only reason.
We have been playing the same two game modes for almost 10 years now. All it has ever been throughout the years is Ranked Seasons & Battle Royale. Events is worth it sometimes, but most of the time it isn't.
When it's time to brainstorm for next year, the first box you need to check is an additional competitive game mode for people. Something like weekend league. I want you to ask yourselves "Why should people continue playing ranked seasons after they reach world series?" & "Why would people continue to play Battle Royale after we completely ruined it?"
Something significant needs to be changed. Something has allowed you guys to think you can roll out the same legends for the same team affinities to use in the same game modes & your game will remain popular. That is not true. Content creators will have to stick through these slow times. The other 99.9% of the player base does not. Most will get burnt out & most won't waste their money on a repeated product.
I know you guys don't take anything I say seriously because you don't like people that will tell you negative things about your game. Criticism is what makes us all better. If we were surrounded by yes men we would never improve at anything.
You did an amazing job hiring @CBrevMLB, a smart dude who's great at communicating & knows everything about the community & the game. You need to find a few more guys like him to bring on the team. Guys who know how the game should be played but also understand that there's a bigger player base than just the competition.
Start fixing this shit before it's too late. Quit putting all the good cards behind packs. This is not what people loved about your game. Remember that your game was never pay to win & that's why people loved it. Do not throw that away.
If you want to see a change in this game, retweet this. Let them see it.
