At BOA 2day: my colleagues voted to maintain the same functionless govt structure we've had for 104 yrs. Worse, they voted to place BB25 on lowest ballot turnout (April). Even worse, they didn't allow a debate!

Suppressed the debate and attempting to suppress the vote.
