Let’s try & change the mindset that blue inhalers are the only treatment for asthma. Think of your blue inhaler as a RESCUE inhaler instead of a reliever inhaler. The cornerstone of tx is an inhaled corticosteroid. Too much blue inhaler use is a red flag of poor control
