FORMAL COMPLAINT: CONCERNS OVER CHALLENGES ACCESSING FUNDS ON CHipper Cash AND THE NEED FOR REGULATORY OVERSIGHT

It is now high time we remind Chipper Cash that Nigerians matter and deserve better.

I cannot understand how Nigerians can put their hard-earned money into a financial platform only to face difficulties accessing or withdrawing their funds when they need them most.

Some people have reportedly missed important opportunities, including school admissions and other urgent financial obligations, because they could not access their money. These situations can have devastating consequences.

We deserve clear answers. Why are Nigerians experiencing difficulties accessing their funds, and what is being done to resolve these issues?

It is time for the Nigerian government and relevant regulators to take a closer look at online financial platforms operating in Nigeria, especially those without a clear physical presence or accessible customer support structure in the country.

Nigerians deserve financial services they can trust, accountability, and timely access to their money. 🇳🇬
