No need for cameras. You measure each employee's output. The type and number of cases they work on, what kind of projects they are involved. Use that and you weed out the ones who abuse the WFH system. We had few new hires that tried to pull fraud (saying they lived in the US while they were in India) and we terminated their employment and improved our hiring techniques.

A sincere thank you for this. Just registered and marked it on my calendar. I am a Linux Engineer that is moving into AI. I am developing my own AI project. WIll help a lot to get grounded info regarding AI and its impact in our field. So many dramatic overblown statements for and against AI from so many people. It is furstrating.

I work as a Linux Engineer and Systems Administrator. Professionals in my field tend to avoid Windows because it isn’t designed as an automation‑first operating system. Linux, by contrast, is inherently scriptable, programmable, and transparent. Windows doesn’t offer that same level of visibility or automation friendliness. Not even close by a longshot. I still use it though to play my hard core racing sims 🥰

@suraj_sharma14 I too can be a doctor provided I have access to top tier AI models so I can ask questions and come up with diagnosis and treatments. Is there a way I can verify that info since I am not a doctor? No

My DGX and Qwen working with my agent in order to analyze possible hardware performance bottlenecks. It is analyzing data stored in a database from my server data colllector. This is from my own homelab.

@Jason Yeah, I don't feel welcomed any longer in NYC. I have been eyeballing Austin for the longest time. NYC took it self for granted and it now feels like an old fat pittbul that cant walk and rolls around in its own feces.
