Christ is risen.
This is the single most significant event in history. Today is the day Christ was vindicated as the one whom the Law, the Prophets, and the Psalms testified about.
He took a small group of men and women, many of whom had just abandoned him and were terrified for their lives, and transformed them into bold proclaimers of his resurrection—the very message that took over the Roman Empire and spread throughout the entire world. If they could do this as a small, persecuted group, then all 2 billion+ of us can do it today. Go proclaim Christ every day of your life.
Let’s pray:
Heavenly Father,
I come before You again because I know without You, I can’t make it. I’ve tried to carry things on my own, but today I surrender. Some days I feel strong and full of faith; other days, I’m just holding on by a whisper. But even in my weakness, you see me. You never get tired of my prayers, my tears, or my silence. You have carried me through storms that could have broken me and that alone reminds me that You’re still with me. Father, I admit I’m tired of pretending to be okay when I’m not. I’ve smiled through seasons that almost crushed me. But I also know that you’ve been working in the background, even when I couldn’t see progress. Lord, I give You the things I can’t control the “what-ifs,” the unanswered prayers, the things that keep me awake at night. I give them to You and I breathe again, trusting that You’re still working all things for my good. Father, walk with me today.
Fill the spaces around me with Your peace.
Let my mind rest in Your promises.
Let my heart find safety in Your presence.
And before this day ends, let there be a sign a whisper, a message, a moment that reminds me: You’re still here. You’re still working. You still have a plan.
I release the weight, I embrace Your will, and I step forward not in fear, but in faith.
In Jesus’ mighty name,
Amen.
The greatest lesson I’ve learned through it all is not to worry but to lean on and trust GOD in every situation. Even when I don’t know what to do, I’ve learned that GOD will always guide me. I live stress-free because I know that, no matter what, GOD has the final say over my life. I’m able to persevere through trials because I come from a family built on morals, values, and unshakable principles. Growing up, I had access to a lot, and maybe without my understanding shaped my world view, but I’ve realized that peace, purpose, and faith can’t be bought. They have to be built. True success is who you become while waiting on GOD’s timing. GOD’s pace protects what your purpose will one day require.
