Pre ordered out hot tub from @TheRangeUK in April, paid in store and had a delivery date of 17May....rolls around no hot tub or communication. Called the store to find out never placed our £800 order on the system! Wrote and email and it’s ignored...@TheRangeUK please respond

Won’t help over the phone or through social media etc just keep fobbing us off to the manufacturer’s website! Had enough and it’s really upsetting as we need it sorting

@MartinSLewis @TheRangeUK won’t provide a refund for a faulty hot tub because we put water in it! Didn’t know it was faulty until it wouldn’t heat the water up! Won’t do anything to help!

Purchased a hot tub from @TheRangeUK and it’s faulty (won’t heat the water up) but they won’t accept it back because we had put water in it....figure that one out! We would really like our refund for our broken product please! What a joke!
