@cknight1803@TK_HelpDesk@TurkishAirlines I have received a response now and they have reinstated my luggage after many messages. I found every email and every ticket number we had been issued (ticket numbers change after flight rescheduled) and sent them back on feedback form. Then phoned to get case escalated. 🤞🤞
@TK_HelpDesk Every year we use Turkish Airlines. We consider you the best. However, this year We are frustrated as our flight has been changed twice by TA. We are due to fly next week. I have just checked our booking and our luggage allowance has been removed. It is showing as 0
@TK_HelpDesk The answer to this is ‘someone will look at feedback form’ you complete online! You may respond quickly with a message to DM to resolve the issue so you appear helpful on social media, but you don’t actually help at all!
@TK_HelpDesk How do I forward emails to prove that I originally had 23kg of baggage on my booking which was removed when Turkish Airlines rescheduling the flight? We have been asked to DM and then told privately to fill in a feedback form! You can’t attach emails to it!
@TK_HelpDesk Thank you, I know my feedback form is in process but this could take a week and if it is not resolved I won’t have time to reorganise my travel plans.
@TK_HelpDesk@cknight1803 This is happening to so many people. Turkish Airlines reschedule a flight time and the system seems to remove luggage allowance. We are facing an additional £1200-£1500 charge or no luggage! Feedback form is not fit for purpose as you cannot attach emails a proof @TK_HelpDesk
We have been told to fill in a feedback form which you can’t attach emails to. Response from help desk was we’ve never had luggage and fill in feedback form. Others with same problem either left luggage or they paid and couldn’t claim for compensation.
@SimonCalder can you give us some advice please? @TurkishAirlines rescheduled our flight and in the process removed our luggage allocation. Now saying we have no baggage but can buy £250 per bag per flight. We have emails to prove booking had luggage, this has happened to others
@dancappaert@TurkishAirlines This has happened to us too. They scheduled a change and deleted our luggage. Now saying we never had luggage. We have emails to prove it. This is outrageous. Who do we take it to? The civil aviation authority? We will end up paying more for our luggage than we did the flight!

In the past Turkish Airlines have been incredible, however they have changed our flights and removed our baggage in the process. They said we can pay for baggage. It is £250 per bag per flight.
