@united I understand the weather is bad, and that’s why united cancelled my flight twice. But today’s warning that my SATURDAY flight may be cancelled is unacceptable. I am 6mo pregnant & traveling alone with a 2y/o and I have a preexisting medical condition. I need to see my dr.

@united needs to be better prepared/staffed when they cancel hundreds of flights. I already waited two hours on hold yesterday and have waited an hour and forty already today when my flight was cancelled AGAIN.
