Today, I am reaching out after exhausting every resource we have. My family of 22 people is living in extremely difficult conditions, and securing food, clean water, and other basic necessities has become a daily struggle.

Every day brings a new fear: How will we find our next meal? How will we protect our children from hunger, the extreme heat, and the harsh conditions we are forced to endure?

We have no one to rely on except God and the kindness of compassionate people. That is why I sincerely appeal to everyone reading these words: if you are able to help, please don't delay. Even the smallest donation can provide food, water, or other essential supplies for my family and make a real difference in our lives.

I’m Mahmoud from Gaza. I’m not writing this except because my life is hanging between the hospital and hope.
I live with severe (major) thalassemia and I return to the hospital every two weeks just to receive blood transfusions that keep me alive. 🩸💔
My life depends on constant medical care:
Regular blood transfusions
Iron chelation therapy to protect my heart and liver
Frequent lab tests and ongoing monitoring
Essential medications that are costly and continuous
This is not simple treatment—it is an expensive, lifelong struggle.
I am a father of three children. I also suffer from severe hip damage and urgently need a hip replacement surgery to be able to move and care for my family.
While I lie in a hospital bed receiving blood…
my children wait at home, praying I come back. 💔
