@NERCNG @NERCNG what are you people doing about Disco charging customer Band A billing when they don't give upto 10hours light daily . I made a complained to you people a month ago about @PHEDconnect ,but you people take no action.
@fccpcnigeria @PHEDconnect @fccpcnigeria please, help us . In your statement, you stated they must downgrade but @PHEDconnect still extort us when we don't see the light. Two next street in my area are still being charged Band C, and we are both in same grid and use same transformer .
@fccpcnigeria @PHEDconnect @PHEDconnect staffs promise they will review and downgrade us , but unfortunately, since 28th November till date nothing has been done . I try follow up but no response from both @PHEDconnect and @NERCNG . We are still bill 4.3units for 1k recharged.

@fccpcnigeria @PHEDconnect @fccpcnigeria I wrote to @NERCNG as you advise on 18th Nov when I first made my complained. @NERCNG reach out to @PHEDconnect who later sent their staff for physical inspection on 28th Nov, their staff confirmed that my street are over charge after sampling different meters
