They’ll need a blockchain with deterministic fast finality guarantees, you may not know that that isn’t Solana.

Full finality can be achieved faster than 300ms, Solana blocks are produced around 400ms and take several blocks for finality in order to guarantee no forking. It is not suitable for gov usecases as a result.

Institutions will likely want protocols that are formally verified, there aren’t too many options out there. @SUPRA_Labs’ moonshot consensus is fastest classical bft algo out there and passed formal verification.
