"When a project ends successfully, we collect all funds and disburse them directly to the creator so that they can get started on their creative idea. As such, Kickstarter is not able to facilitate refunds on behalf of a creator"

@NianticHelp shiny rates were awful. Played most of the day, 0 shinies. $15 for "increased rates". I get more shinies during free community days. Honestly, likely not buying anything else moving forward. Fix it.

@OwlcatGames I did that yesterday. First response was "please send us screenshots", second response was "can you refresh some more" and then radio silence. I have followed up several times already. I get there's TZ difference but come on. At least tell me "hang on we'll get you sorted"

support email asked for proof and then told me to reload the page.

@AskDyson hi ya'll, what happens when PH01 stops pumping water during humidify cycle. Ambient humidify is 30, target is set to 50, but it used almost no water over 48 hours with fan speed set to 10.
