Multiple dumpsters and a fence enclosure were on fire in the 200 block of North H ST. One engine was able to handle the fire and there was no damage to the adjacent business.

Lompoc E-51 and R-51 on scene of a single vehicle rollover at Floradale and Ocean Ave. The single occupant driver was ejected from the vehicle with major injuries and is being transported by CalStar to a local trauma center.
Engine 52 wrapping up a vehicle fire in the 600 block of North H st. early this morning. There was no damage to near by businesses and the cause of the fire is under investigation.
Lompoc Fire crews were busy this morning with three separate rubbish fires in the City. All three of the fires started within 15 minutes of each other committing all resources for about an hour while crews extinguished and overhauled the fires.

Crews are on scene of an early morning structure fire in the 300 block of West North Ave in Lompoc. The fire was contained to a single room of a mobile home. There are no injuries reported and Red Cross is assisting with two displaced occupants. The fire is under investigation.

Just after 2pm a fire broke out inside a home in the 1100 block of East Bell. Crews have knocked down the fire at this time and are in the salvage and overhaul phase. 5 occupants have been displaced and Red Cross is en-route to assist. The cause of the fire is under investigation
Lompoc Fire crews are on scene of a 2 acre brush fire in the riverbed near Laurel and 12th. We are being assisted by Santa Barbara County and Vandenberg Fire. Crews will remain on scene through the night overhauling the fire.

Lompoc E-310 is a part of a strike team that arrived late last night to assisted in So. California with the Tick Fire. We pray for safety of all involved.
Lompoc’s Rescue 1, with a crew of two, is assigned to a Type 6 strike team on the Briceburg Fire in Mariposa. Our members are working with crews from Santa Maria, Guadalupe, Santa Barbara, Carpinteria-Summerland, and Montecito Fire. The fire is 4600 acres and 25% contained.
Lompoc City Engine 310 is assigned to a strike team on the Bautista Fire in San Bernardino County. Crews continue mop-up operations as heat and winds continue in the area.
At around 11am this morning Engine 1 responded with our ladder truck to a report of a man stuck in a tree at Ryan Park. The man found himself stuck after trying to rescue his stuck drone. The man was brought down safely without injury.
Lompoc’s Rescue 1, with two personnel, is assigned to a Type 6 Strike Team on the Red Bank Fire in Northern California. The fire has burned over 7,000 acres and is 7% contained.
