@Struan_Murray my Y6 class are coming to the end! It has been a hugely popular book, engaging all the children, esp. reluctant readers, with audible excitement when we come to read on. Would a cheeky shout out to my pupils at @challockprimary be possible? They’d love it!
@lomsip@challockprimary Oh wow! So glad to hear everyone enjoyed it. Shout out to ALL of you in Y6, you're the best!
P.S. I should have some news to share about my next book very soon!
I loved that @challockprimary provided an array of fruit crumbles for the @CompHubKent #Crumble training I delivered yesterday for the @CAREfoundationTrust yesterday. It provided great fuel and positivity for the teachers who participated.

@PieCorbett 100% Y6 were very engaged when debating who’s to blame for Duncan’s murder. A bit of jump in drama and then performing Macbeth in 30 seconds (or under) using key quotes tomorrow.
Quiz time: Guess the play! (Too easy I know). Another useful story-boarding session. Possibly could refine with a range of symbols to retell rather than as many stick men (?) but definitely served the purpose.@PieCorbett#talkforwriting
