@SandyofSuffolk With hot dry summers like this year the last thing we need is a new potential fire risk given it'll be switched on all the time. We're not even supposed to leave mobile phones on charge unattended so yeah let's have a new fire risk next to dry grass and fences.
Forced medication is illegal under the Nuremberg code but our Government doesnโt care and is mandating synthetic folic acid in almost all flour in the UK.
As Ireland sources 70% of its flour via the UK the Irish Gov are also rushing through a folic acid mandate in flour now.
It is, of course, a good thing that mass arrests are now taking place over alleged widespread criminal activity in connection with the horrific crash on the A66. But why should it take the deaths of two brave police officers to finally spark a serious response from authorities? Criminal activity was apparently taking place on a mass scale, over a long period, and in plain sight (including on social media platforms). Why wasn't it tackled before now?
The media are reporting that one of the youths killed in the A66 crash yesterday had posted a string of TikTok videos over many months showing himself involved in high-speed police chases. How in God's name was he free to carry on doing it? Why wasn't he in jail?
@SandyofSuffolk If they can jail people for ill advised tweets why can't they jail those who post car chase videos? Presumably it's not hard to identify them and it would at least prevent more needless deaths of the innocent they crash into.
@London_W4 Ah I remember it and why you you were there last time. Have you got a rugged smartphone to keep handy so you can call when wet while still keeping your good electronics in the dry bag?
@London_W4@andyburnham I was sweltering at my desk trying to knit two thoughts together in the searing heat when my phone made a noise like the world was ending. I peeled myself off my chair and staggered to the offending device only to be told it's hot. Somehow I'd already noticed that.
@London_W4 It's way too hot for shopping here today. Are you cooler after drinking that lovely looking glass of wine (temperature kind not kudos kind although of course you're probably both).
Didnโt Josh Simons deliberately resign as an MP to let Andy Burnham in? Surely cost of that by election plus resulting Mayoral election in Manchester was more than Clacton. Double standards from MSM I suggest
Everytime you see a Labour politician on TV say: โwe are closing the hotelsโ remember this:
What they mean is they now just moving illegals into โhousing for multiple occupantsโ in your local communities.
And youโre still paying for it.
They are gaslighting you.
