@IKEAUKSupport 37 items delivered and at least 3 big pieces damaged. I’ve offered to return the 3 for a swap to save collection etc and told no refund on delivery. Fine. Collection of 37 items arranged. Waste of time and money over £50 and you lose an order worth over a grand 🤷🏻‍♂️

Went for a spa day at @Bannatyne Luton yesterday. The sauna was broken, the steam room full of literal 6 year old kids and the locker room looked like an urban explorers dream. -6/10. Would not recommend. @DuncanBannatyne have a word
