@JagexSupport , didnt play for a while, couldnt log in to my main account (wrong pw), have access to authenticator and email without issues, tried resetting maybe 10 times, but just not recieving emails no matter what please advise

@RSBuddy_Sam Im in russia, its a big isp they shouldnt be a problem, using a private network with a router; i've tried putting the osb folder with its files in documents as exclusions, and tried turning off antivirus completely, nothing helps :s

@rsbuddy So ever since i came back to osrs, osb has never worked for me and i cant find a solution i always have it stuck at loading configuration then gives out this error message..

@JagexWeath Hello, i got perma banned for no reason on my main that is 0.5 to 1 year old and ive spent alot of time playing on, had a break came back got membership and 2 days in got banned, im asking for someone to check how could that happen because i havent used anything atall
