"They told me to love myself, but they didn’t tell me i’d have to date my fears first. take shame out for coffee. write a poem for my guilt. kiss loneliness on the mouth until it remembered how to sing." – Christopher Sexton
Why is walking the path of the lone wolf an inseparable part of the spiritual awakening journey? The answer is that to begin the spiritual path in the first place, we must leave the familiar. We must walk alone. We must go on a voyage into the Great Unknown.
Being a Soul-led creator means being a visionary, an alchemist, and an outsider. People may negatively judge the path you’ve chosen, but that is a reflection of them, not you. Dare to deviate from the norm and walk a path that feels true to you. Your future self will thank you.
But this calling requires a great degree of integrity and commitment – and there are three main areas to focus on to start this path. ☯️

If you’re a spiritual healer, you’ll sense it deep down …
You might feel like an old soul who doesn’t quite belong in this time or place, an empath who feels everything too deeply, or an outsider who can’t seem to integrate into society properly. 🐺
“If you are willing to look at another person's behavior toward you as a reflection of the state of their relationship with themselves rather than a statement about your value as a person, then you will, over a period of time cease to react at all.” ~ YOGI BHAJAN
“It takes six million grains of pollen to seed one peony, and salmon need a lifetime of swimming to find their way home, so we mustn't be alarmed or discouraged when it takes us years to find love or years to understand our calling in life.” - MARK NEPO
Writing opens the heart.
Writing purifies the mind.
Writing makes order out of chaos.
Writing is a doorway to the Soul
and a mirror of consciousness.
If there’s any habit to get into,
start writing every single day.
Don’t underestimate the power of writing.
“In the end, only three things matter: how much you loved, how gently you lived, and how gracefully you let go of things not meant for you.” ~ JACK KORNFIELD

Are you called to be a spiritual healer? Deep down, you might already know.
You're the old soul who sees the world differently. The empath who feels everything intensely. The one who's always felt like they walk between worlds. 🐺
“You are not IN the universe, you ARE the universe, an intrinsic part of it. Ultimately you are not a person, but a focal point where the universe is becoming conscious of itself. What an amazing miracle.”― Eckhart Tolle
“I have learned silence from the talkative, toleration from the intolerant, and kindness from the unkind; yet, strange, I am ungrateful to those teachers.” ~ Khalil Gibran
Spirituality and AI? I used to think they didn’t go together.
But maybe AI can be used as a personal mirror.
Maybe AI can help us to become more self-aware and self-actualized.
Maybe AI isn’t a problem, but a path into higher consciousness.
