Goodbye Los Angeles…
Hello Kansas City!
After 22+ years of living in LA I’ve decided it’s time to move somewhere where I can afford to buy a house, have better air quality, pay for a much lower cost of living (including taxes), be surrounded by trees and lush nature, interact with incredibly friendly people, and trade out mild weather with regular sunshine for four seasons.

I’ve always had a love hate relationship with this top floor triplex where I live. The previous owner landlords who lived below me were like grandparents to me - we got along extremely well. The COVID vaccine killed both of them, and after several years, the family had to sell. New owners are now under me and it’s just not the same.

Jamy is autistic, needs a yard and a garden etc, and that doesn’t exist at this triplex. Kansas City makes that possible.

I’ll miss the beach, for sure, but I’m going to love being around trees and lush greenery.

Our last night is tonight.

Tomorrow we finish the packing, stay at an Airbnb and on Wednesday the movers come.

We’re excited for this new adventure!
