The GFA cant change (unless theres referendums north and south).

The GFA contains reviews to Strand 1, which accommodates changes as to how NI is governed.

Prior to the 60's Northern unionists were happily labelled Irish, and even the tourism advertising proudly announced Ireland and Irish as the major selling point.
