Following President Bendapudi's proposed plan to unite the two law schools, over 40 Penn State Law faculty members signed a letter encouraging the university to keep them in separate locations. https://t.co/Tq2tM3zpTr
Considering the group has been deemed as a terrorist organization in multiple countries, should this not have been thought through more considerably???? Literally disgraceful

Altio's draft opinion is policy masquerading as constitutional law. At critical points in the argument, Alito abandons legal analysis for pure policy preference. At other points, his argument relies on weak evidence. 1/thread
Judeo-Christian (and I would argue predominately Christian) morals are playing into the decision which makes 0 sense when the will of the majority is to codify Roe and recent studies have shown that only 47% of people are associated with the Church. Why is religion even a factor
I just don’t understand how the Supreme Court can say that because the right to abortion is not in the constitution and “isn’t fundamental” Roe can be overturned. The Supreme Court has also stated that morality should not be considered a legitimate government interest. Baffled
literally every pro-life argument I see centers on the idea that by banning abortion these “human lives” could grow up to cure cancer well so could the women if they had not been forced into an unwanted pregnancy
why is the first thing a person points out when arguing whether a president is good or bad is what they’re doing for the economy
It’s almost as if people forget everything else a President is responsible for????
