Come with me on a journey. Or rather with this book. This is a signed copy of "After All" by Elsie de Wolfe (aka Lady Mendl) which is quite a find in itself.
Elsie was a world famous interior designer living with her convenient husband and lesbian life-parner in Versailles...
Another #booktreasure today.
Beautiful old Little Dorrit by Charles Dickens given as a school prize for attendance from the Seymour Lodge Girls' School, Dundee to Betty Henderson in 1914. Wonder if anyone can trace her family?

Another school book prize-this one happened to be my dad's school so I sent him a wee message and the info we have is that he lived in Grange Rd, Alloa and my mum knew him as "Lucy's dad".
Wonder if we can get this one back to the family?

Looking for David Henderson who lived in Alloa.
Let's try to return this book, awarded in 1960 for good bowling performance in the school cricket team.

@HD_RGULaw It might be worth contacting Eton if you wished to return it. You have a name and approximate date, so they could find him in their records.
