Ethan spent the third loop proving he wasn't losing his mind.

He wrote tomorrow's lottery numbers on a sticky note.

They matched.

He told his colleague exactly when the coffee would spill.

It happened.

He caught the little girl's balloon before she dropped it.

She stared at him.

"Have we met before?" she asked.

Ethan's blood ran cold.

That question had never happened in the previous loops.

The day could change.

Just not the ending.

So he stopped trying to survive.

He started investigating.

The first clue was his brother.

Daniel Mercer.

Officially dead.

Killed in a highway crash three years earlier.

Ethan drove to the cemetery.

Daniel's grave was exactly where he remembered.

Fresh flowers rested against the headstone.

Someone had visited that morning.

There was no name on the card.

Only four handwritten words.

"I know you're alive."

Ethan looked around.

The cemetery was empty.

Then his phone vibrated.

Unknown Number.

One text.

"Leave before he sees you."

A second message arrived before Ethan could reply.

"You've already died 17 times."

Ethan froze.

No one should have known that.

Then a black SUV rolled slowly past the cemetery gates.

It stopped.

The driver's window lowered.

And Ethan saw his brother...

Ethan Mercer attended his own funeral.

Not in a dream.

Not in a vision.

He was standing behind the last row of mourners, watching his wife cry over his coffin.

Then someone tapped his shoulder.

"You shouldn't be here."

Ethan turned.

It was him.

The version of Ethan standing there looked exhausted.

His shirt was soaked in blood.

"You have less than six hours," he said.

"Stop trusting your brother."

Before Ethan could ask anything...

Everything went black.

He woke up in his own bed.

6:00 AM.

The same alarm.

The same news on TV.

The same call from his wife asking him to buy milk on his way home.

The exact same day.

At first, Ethan thought it was a nightmare.

Until every conversation happened exactly as he remembered.

At 11:43 AM, his colleague spilled coffee on his laptop.

At 2:10 PM, a stranger bumped into him outside the bank.

At 4:32 PM, he saw the same little girl drop her balloon.

Everything repeated.

Exactly.

This time Ethan went home early.

He locked every door.

He refused to answer any calls.

At 7:18 PM...

Someone still killed him.

...

6:00 AM.

The alarm rang again.

Same day.

Same date.

Same life.

Ethan was trapped.

Every loop ended with his death.

Every loop taught him something new.

And every clue pointed to the same person.

His younger brother.

The problem?

He had been dead for three years.
