@American_air02 I apologize @AmericanAir only had a slight 1 hour delay due to a software issue, they quickly moved us to another gate and plane. Itโs @united we have the issue with.
@simple_flying@united@AmericanAir I would like to update, since I posted this @united has issued a travel credit to only myself which I am not sure I will be flying them again so Iโm still not satisfied. My husband got an email saying they were processing his credit and my daughter has not heard anything.
@simple_flying@united I will believe this when I see it. I havenโt heard a peep from United. 1 canceled flight due to mechanics and two delayed flights due to weather, ended up booking @AmericanAir to a different airport and renting a car
@united After not being able to have anyone assist, hours on hold on the phone I booked @AmericanAir for the 3 of us for the next day into another airport and had to rent a car to drive home. Cost me $1,000. I have filled out the survey and requested refunds but crickets from United ๐คฌ
@united Daughter got on another standby flight that was delayed 5 hours and then canceled. After the first mechanical cancelled flight United booked us all a flight for 8:55pm next night.standby got canceled my husband and I still had the booked flight the next day but daughter did not
