@DTPartridge Same here - I first tried to withdraw on 7th March, there was no mention of the fee. I received a rejection email today stating that they had failed to apply the terms and conditions and to try again, and now it tells me about the £10 admin fee and won't let me submit the form.
@WhoGivesACrapTP I am trying to update my subscription but the pages keep timing out, and the chatbot gave up with an error as well. Please fix this, I need to delay my next box for a few weeks.
@dandouglas they do this outside my children's school, even right next to multiple signs on lamp posts "switch off engine while waiting" "fixed penalty notice may be issued" but of course this never actually happens
