@ValueCityFurn Waldorf, MD has horrible customer service and fraudulent practices. How are you going to charge me delivery fees when I dropped off furniture? Then the representative is going to yell when I catch the error?
@UPS MD was destination for package. Package arrives in MD on May 3rd, then was shipped to NJ, why? I paid extra to have package delivered by May 7th, not new date of May 10th. I paid for a service I didn't receive because of UPS negligence!
@SouthwestAir hello I'm traveling with a group in October. One person was notified regarding flight charges. When I called to inquire why I wasn't notified, representative HUNG UP on me!! Great customer service!
Worse customer service experience! Jeff kept me on hold for over 20 minutes! He kept lying stating he was waiting to transfer call. I immediately called back, and representative resolved my issue. Use recorded call to train Jeff #CITIBANK
