There are not the right words to name this group but what I can say if they see this post is if you don’t lose the weight now when the weight comes off your bellies are going to be slapping your thighs so you’ll be clapping every time you take a step I know I’m there And the meds they are going to put you on for your kidneys for your diabetes for your fatty liver for your aching back or your heart problems are going to cause you so much pain and suffering in the long run
