A citizens' group called "No Cams Muskego" sued nearly a dozen cities and villages in Waukesha County for putting the public under "constant surveillance" with Flock cameras.

That battle is now moving to Federal Court.

The cities argue that the cameras do NOT track citizens and that they have no expectation of privacy in public spaces.

A Federal Court in Oklahoma recently ruled in United States v. Melisa Susan Kyle that people do have a right to privacy in the tracking of their movements and that Flock searches require a warrant.

The police officer in the video is either ignorant of what the Flock technology he is using and supporting does, or he is intentionally lying and misleading the public.

Flock cameras were used to violate a Houston man's rights when police searched his car based on "suspicious" driving patterns.

The ongoing court case discovered that Police were stopping 20 cars a day and searching 10 without cause, but police have refused to admit any wrongdoing.

They also used dogs who may have been trained to give false alerts.

The officer admitted that most stops found nothing.
