Palo Alto High School Sent Students to Mosque, Pushed Hijabs on Girls and Handed Out Qurans

Students in the school’s “Social Justice Pathway” took a field trip to a mosque last fall.

A lawsuit filed by Jewish, Hindu, and Zoroastrian parents claims:

• Girls were encouraged to wear hijabs
• Students were given copies of the Quran
• Photos of the kids were posted online without parents’ permission
• They were also exposed to CAIR activist Zahra Billoo

Public schools are required to stay religiously neutral. Apparently that only works in one direction.

Pain patients are labeled and punished daily because of the war on drugs. Many resort to the streets and even suicide because they can't get treatment. Opiates are bad unless they're highly profitable. Physicians have their hands tied by government and it impairs their ability to administer proper compassionate care and monitoring. NGO's are making a fortune by distributing opioids in the name of compassion.
Does it make sense? An NGO can administer opiates and make big money. Physicians are discouraged from prescribing opiates that allow dignity and some aspect of independence for the patient. Opiate abusers have a choice. Patients needing treatment for pain are penalized and often end up on the curb looking for help.
