@British_Airways That’s not actually correct Natalie. The outward bound flight from London already had been downgraded to a very old and tired plane. There’s also better ways to communicate changes, not once you’ve loaded us all, with no option but to travel. This was more about BA then customers

Once again @British_Airways let you down. Switch the plane last minute to old style, no mention of the change. Leave it to crew to apologise. What an embarrassment
